Documents and data that have undergone processing can be prepared to suit your target system, including normalisation of document formats, application of business rules to extend or augment captured data, and preparation of file formats to facilitate direct integration with your systems.
Documents and content that have been processed can have their formats normalised and be post-processed to meet your business requirements, such as conversion to specific formats or redaction of specific PII content such as Tax File Numbers or credit card information.
Where required, full custodianship tracking of physical content can be implemented from preparation of content at client sites and delivery, through all stages of physical processing, to short term storage, and onwards to long term storage using your chosen storage provider.
Custom and standard reporting is available to ensure full visibility into operational processing and is available online or in agreed file formats. Where document tracking is implemented full reconciliation is also supported to ensure that all content is processed as expected and required.
Fujifilm support a range of methods for returning content and data to clients, for example via data locker, secure managed file transfer, or via direct integration to your systems via API.
Fujifilm offer hosted content management capability (private & public cloud) and can manage your digitised content securely and safely, with access made available via our self-service ViewDocs application or via API, allowing direct access to content from your business systems.
