Fujifilm DMS provides detailed tracking across the full lifecycle of every message. Whether you’re monitoring job volumes, reviewing bounce behaviour or analysing open and click performance by audience segment, our platform enables secure real-time access to meaningful insights.

Standard reports are available through our secure online Service Portal or can be delivered via SFTP in your preferred format. Reporting options include:

Production Report. Generated when a job completes processing through the email platform. This confirms all records have been prepared and passed to the Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) for sending.

Incremental Delivery Report. Generated at defined intervals between the production stage and final delivery. These reports provide rolling delivery status updates, making them especially useful for time-sensitive or large-volume campaigns.

Delivery Report. Issued once a campaign or job has concluded, showing the final delivery status of each message. Includes breakdowns of sent, successfully delivered, bounced and deferred records.

Open Tracking Report. Shows who opened the message and when, helping you understand recipient engagement. Reports are generated at scheduled times after the job has completed and may be filtered by audience or segment.

Click Through Tracking Report. Captures link interaction by recipient and URL, helping you measure messaging effectiveness and customer interest. Like open tracking, these reports can be produced periodically and tailored to campaign needs.

Bounce and Failure Diagnostics. Explains why certain emails failed. Includes bounce logs, reason codes and feedback loop data from mailbox providers. This information supports remediation and helps improve long-term deliverability performance.

Custom File-Based Reports. Tailor report fields and formats to meet your system requirements. Reports can be delivered via secure SFTP or generated to support internal reporting, CRM integration or compliance tracking needs.

Custom metrics and visualisations. Our reporting specialists can assist with tailored metrics, scheduled reports and deeper analysis. Custom report formats and visual dashboards can also be provided on request to support internal teams, campaign reviews and governance requirements.
